Some years back, we held a contest inviting customers to submit their ideas for our next flavor and longtime Sheer Ambrosia friend Ethan Fraga's submission won! That was the summer of plump, sweet blackberry baklava, and now every summer can be the summer of Blackberry Walnut thanks to Ethan. We love you forever and ever, Ethan. (Long live the Lizard King!)

Due to the high water content in blackberries, this baklava is juicer/wetter than traditional baklavas that do not have fresh fruit in them.  If you prefer a dryer, flakier, crispier baklava, this flavor may not be for you.
