Kourabiedes are buttery, crumbly, and perfectly sweet without being too sugary, despite their generous coating of powdered sugar. While there are countless variations of this cookie, I’ve remained faithful to the recipe I learned over 35 years ago. Filled with toasted walnuts, these cookies offer a rich, earthy goodness—a true taste of Greece, and now a tribute to my daughter, Sofia.
