Over the years, as I built Sheer Ambrosia, there were times when I had to take on second jobs to supplement my income. During one of those times, a coworker mentioned that his daughter, Brianna Frank, had started *Red Rock Candle Co and even brought me a custom candle with the scent of baklava. I thought it was such a clever idea, but working from home, I didn’t have an outlet to share her beautiful work.

Fast forward to the beginning of this year, when I moved into my new commercial kitchen, I remembered her talent and reached out to collaborate. Together, we created a line of candles under the Sheer Ambrosia brand, inspired by some of my favorite baklava and cookie flavors. The result? Four heavenly scents: Apple Pie Walnut Baklava, Sugar Plum Baklava, Cranberry Spice Walnut Baklava, and Almond Biscotti. Each candle is a delight, and I'm thrilled to support local talent while bringing these wonderful aromas to you.

What makes our candles different? They are meticulously hand-poured in small batches to guarantee the highest quality and attention to detail in each of them.  The fragrances are carefully selected to elevate and enrich your environment and Brianna prioritizes using quality ingredients that you can trust and feel good about.
